IS A MEET & GREET NECESSARY? 
Yes, we arrange a 30 minute Meet and Greet with every client to discuss the needs of your pet and to answer any questions you might have. Just as importantly, we meet your dog to give a general assessment of their behavior, energy and overall temperament.

WHICH AREAS DO YOU SERVICE IN MARIN COUNTY, CA?
Currently, we service the areas of Mill Valley, Tiburon, Sausalito, Larkspur and Corte Madera

WHICH MT. TAM TRAILS DO YOU GO TO?
We love Mt. Tam for its beautiful trails and for our ON-leash adventures, although, due to strict regulations we are limited to the trails that we can hike (with dogs). Our Pack Leaders will most always be hiking Rail Road Grade or the Miwok Trails. If we have a special pack with only a few dogs, you may also find us on the Sausalito Bike Path for the dogs who need an ‘off trail’ adventure.

DO YOU STILL TAKE THE DOGS OUT IN BAD WEATHER?
The rain doesn’t stop us! Come rain or shine, you will find us walking and adventuring with your dog(s)!

WHICH SAFETY PRECAUTIONS DO YOU TAKE?
Your dog’s safety is our number one priority.

In the case of extreme heat, we will start the service before it gets too hot, shorten the service or reschedule, but we will always communicate with you to discuss your preference and our concerns.

Our Pack Leaders always carry their cell phones, backpacks with extra supplies, medical kits and plenty of water for your dog to stay hydrated and comfortable.

ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes. All of our Pack Leaders are insured and bonded by Kennel Pro Insurance.

HOW DO YOU GAIN ACCESS TO OUR HOME?
For safety reasons we will never mark your house keys with an address or Owner’s name. Instead they are color coded and identified by the dog’s name.

Unless you will be home when we pick up and drop off your dog, we will need 1-2 keys or an access code to your home via gate, garage, lockbox, keypad etc.

We keep the second key on file for the unlikely event of a lost or damaged key.

DO YOU PROVIDE UPDATES?
Yes. Though Pet Check, we will provide updates via email or phone when your dog has started and completed their walk. Our Pack Leaders may also leave personal notes, photos as well as, provide the GPS of that specific days hike. We also update our Website and Facebook page with Daily Hikes where you can find photos of your dog’s Group and the Map details of the duration and length of their hike(s).

WHAT IS YOU CANCELLATION POLICY?
You are signing up for a 1 month commitment in advance with MTD. You will need to confirm your schedule (with any changes or cancellations) by the 1st of every month. Any cancellations thereafter (in the same month) will result in a late fee which is equal to the full rate of 1 walk.

We understand that you may need to cancel for multiple days due to vacations or out of town business trips or other emergencies that are out of your control. All late fee cancellations can be contested at the end of the month, in which you will have the opportunity to discuss these charges. We honor our client’s loyalty and will always be open to discuss credits or refunds.

DO WE WALK ON HOLIDAYS?
No, we do not walk on the most common Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years or Memorial Day.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?
By check or cash. For your convenience we also offer automated Credit transactions, set up via your Pet Check account.
